I imagine that now you’ve started thinking about who you are and what you want, you’ve decided that you are a very fascinating topic and like to know a lot more! It’s very easy to say "Well go out and find out who you are" – but what does that mean?

I wrote “How to win from the start: How to Win From the Start!” specifically for people who were getting started in their careers, focusing on the question: ‘who am I’. Once you know the answer to that, the next steps fall into place quite easily. The confidence that knowing yourself gives you, enables the exploration phase (where am I going) and the consolidation phase  (how am I going to get there) to happen naturally… and ‘confidence’ is the key to getting the best job!

You can find out more about “How to win from the start: How to Win From the Start!” in the book section, where you'll also find an overview of the contents and free downloads.
