David Royston-Lee has over 20 years experience in coaching, counselling and mentoring. His experience covers everything from traditional consultancy with KPMG to HR Director for one of the UK’s biggest advertising agencies to his own successful consultancy business Partners in Flow.

David was one of the pioneers in the field of Career Management. He has scoured the world for the best tools and techniques to enable people to identify and integrate their talents and skills to develop a truly satisfying career.

He is a fully qualified Chartered business psychologist with a degree in Economics, Sociology and Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. David is also a member of the Institute of Personnel & development; a founder member of the Association of Business Psychologists and a Freeman of the City of London.
